Summary of Specifications:
Dutchess County (County) is requesting proposals from qualified vendors to provide a temporary structure(s) for inmate housing on its present site at 150 North Hamilton Street, Poughkeepsie, NY. The proposal shall include consultation with respect to the site for the temporary structure. The vendor must meet all requirements of the New York State Commission of Correction (NYSCOC) Minimum Standards. Dutchess County will consider the following options; lease, lease to purchase, or purchase.
