Summary of Specifications:
Dutchess County is seeking to retain a qualfied firm to provide right of way services in connection with County-funded and federally-assisted bridge and highway improvement projects within Dutchess County. Right of way acquistion will be done in acordance with New York State Eminent Domain Procedure Law, New York State Highway Law, and the New York State Department of Transportation "Locally Administered Federal Aid Project Manual." This project involves performing property appraisals, appraisal reviews and negotiations to facilitate Dutchess County's acquistion of temporary easements, permanent easements and Fee acquistions necessary to construct bridge and highway improvements throughout the County.
