Summary of Specifications:
Dutchess County and subdivisions including but not limited to towns, villages, fire districts, school districts, etc. in the State of New York is requesting proposals from qualified providers of electric retail energy supply within NYISO Zone G of the Central Hudson Gas & Electric franchise. The goal of the County is to reduce its overall electric energy supply cost creating a financial benefit in addition to the Central Hudson back out credit applied to retail access customer accounts.
