Summary of Specifications:
The County of Dutchess, Department of Public Works, Highway Construction and Maintenance wishes to extend invitations to bid for Item D-1402 & D-1402A, Processed or Natural Material Sand (Winter Abrasives). The bid will be such that the bidder will provide the pricing for the product which includes delivery (D-1402A), and prices of the product whereas the County will pick it up (D-1402).
