Summary of Specifications:
The County of Dutchess has requirements for paper and cleaning products for various County departments. Prices shall apply to any County agency having a requirement during the contract period and may be ordered at any time during the contract period. Product names are for reference only. "Or Equal" substitutes may be accepted only if a sample is submitted with the bid proposal, and unless indicated as "no substitutes". The Dutchess County Purchasing Agent reserves the right to make judgment on "or equal" substitutes, and the decision shall be final. Samples are to be submitted when substitutes are proposed or where specifically requested only.
