Summary of Specifications:
The purpose of an on-site drug testing system is to determine quickly and accurately whether or not a probationer is using illegal substances. Proposals are requested for on-site non-instrumented devices including, but not limited to, tests using urine, oral fluid, sweat and hair. Proposal should include regulatory and legal status of each technology presented.
