Summary of Specifications:
The County of Dutchess, Division of Aging Services, requires legal assistance to be provided to senior citizens. Legal assistance under this program shall be defined as legal advice and representation provided by an attorney licensed to practice in the State of New York. The service is open to Dutchess County residents 60 years and older, but is targeted to individuals 60 years of age and older who are in social and economic need.
