RFP-DCP-61-12 - Lease Space for the DC Dept of Health Offices/Clinics

Summary of Specifications:
Dutchess County is issuing a Request for Proposal from building owners, commercial real estate brokers or other interested parties (herein referred to as Landlord(s)) for occupancy of commercial space to be utilized as health clinic and office space for the Dutchess County Department of Health. Based upon Dutchess County's current projections, a minimum of 1600 square feet of net usable ADA and NYS Building Code compliant office is required. The proposal should incorporate these numbers on a usable and rentable basis and proposals should identify the basis upon which the Landlord will calculate square footage. The rentable square feet shall be determined per a mutually satisfactory floor plan.
