Dutchess County is seeking a vendor to conduct the following training courses: Lead Safety for Remodeling Repair and Painting (Student Manual EPA-740-R-09-001) and EPA/HUD Model Renovator Refresher Course: Lead Safety for Renovation, Repair, and Painting) (Student Manual EPA-740-R-09-004) in Dutchess County. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified, interested organizations for the planning, establishment and successful operation of these training courses as an independent contractor(s) to Dutchess County.
