Summary of Specifications:
The Dutchess County Department of Health Arthropod-Borne Disease unit has been working to prevent and control Lyme disease since 1986. One primary intervention has been personal behavior modification through various educational programs and campaigns. This survey will provide insight on knowledge, attitudes and behaviors and consequently allow the Dutchess County Department of Health to develop future work plans and intervention based on the results. The selected contractor will be required to accomplish the following data collection: Sample design, Data collection, Pretest survey and Conduct phone surveys.
