Lyme disease and other tick-borne diseases remain a prominent health issue in Dutchess County, New York. The Dutchess County Department of Health Arthropod-Borne Disease unit has been working to prevent and control Lyme disease since 1986. This survey will provide insight on knowledge, attitudes and behaviors and consequently allow the Dutchess County Department of Health to develop future work plans and interventions based on the results.
