Summary of Specifications:
The intent of this specification is to provide a source of hardware supplies where authorized County employees may order hardware as needed by "walk-in" at the supplier's place of business. Also, from time to time, Dutchess County may place orders by phone or fax, which supplier will be required to deliver within a time limit which is indicated in these specifications. Factors involved with this bid, will be discount, delivery time and parts availability. Supplier will be capable of providing and offering Procurement (P Card) capability at the County's request.
