Summary of Specifications:
Dutchess County is requesting proposals from all qualified vendors for the provision of furnishing food service for inmate feeding seven days a week and program support services for a maximum population of 292 inmates. The Vendor will be required to meet all requirements of the New York State Commission of Corrections Minimum Standards and the American Correctional Association.
