Summary of Specifications:
Dutchess County is seeking proposals for a computer software package that will enable Dutchess County Division of Mass Transit (LOOP) to schedule and dispatch its demand response transportation operation with the highest degree of efficiency possible. The product must also meet the operational need to be compliant with paratransit service parameters under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) in making available these services to those eligible under the law.
