Summary of Specifications:
Dutchess County is seeking a qualified firm or team to provide Construction Management & Inspection Services in connection with the Balefill Landfill Closure. Landfill Closure Construction generally involves site preparation and installation of a landill capping system in accordance with NySDEC regulations and approved closure documents. The balefill closure construction generally includes regrading existing landfill surfaces and/or importation of profiling materials to attain required minimum and maximum grades before installation of a geomembrane barrier layer and cover soils.
