Summary of Specifications:
Dutchess County is seeking to retain a qualified Engineering Firm to provide Construction Management and Inspection Services for Multiple County Funded pavement and shoulder rehabilitation projects located in Dutchess County. This Request for Proposal (RFP) is intended to help the County select a qualified and experienced consultant firm. The Request for Proposal, which includes specific instructions for preparing the submitting the proposal, may be obtained by mail or in person at, Dutchess County DPW-Engineering Division, 626 Dutchess Turnpike, 2nd Floor, Poughkeepsie, NY 12603. Each proposal shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name of the RFP number, firm name and proposal due date and hour. Proposals are due on or before May 16, 2005, at 3:00 p.m.. Proposals received after that time will not be accepted. The County reserves the right to waive irregularities in proposals, and to reject any or all proposals.
