Summary of Specifications:
The County of Dutchess requests proposals for a comprehensive, health care delivery system at the Dutchess County Jail. The jail houses both male and female inmates. The approximate current average daily population is 350 with 310 male inmates and 40 female inmates. There are approximately 4000 new commitments per year. Provider shall be the sole supplier and/or coordinator of the health care delivery system at the Dutchess County Jail. Provider shall be responsible for all medical care for all inmates in the Dutchess County Jail.
