Summary of Specifications:
The Dutchess County Integrated County Planning (ICP) Workgroup, consisting of health and human services public agency representatives has been involved in several independent assessments over the years. Dutchess County is seeking proposals from health consulting agencies, schools of public health, or other consulting entities to: 1. conduct a countywide community health assessment survey and 2. to analyze the survey data in order to identify priority community health and quality of life issues from the County resident's perspective.
