Description

Dutchess County Department of Community and Family Services (hereinafter "DC
DCFS”) announces a funding opportunity for Coached Visitation services.
The County is seeking a program that will build nurturing parenting skills as an
alternative to abusive or neglectful parenting to prevent recidivism in families receiving
child welfare services.
The goal of this RFP is to coach parents toward being able to parent safely and meet the
developmental needs of their children so that DC DCFS can safely return children home
from foster care.
