Summary of Specifications:
The County of Dutchess, in compliance with New York Municipal Law #103 has a requirement to enter into a contract with qualified suppliers and contractors for the supply of parts for various types of equipment. The intent of this specification is to provide a source of supply of replacement parts and components, Original Equipment Manufactured (OEM) parts or equal for various specialized equipment in use by the County of Dutchess.
