Summary of Specifications:
The County of Dutchess, in compliance with New York Municipal Law #103 has a requirement to enter into a contract with qualified suppliers and contractors for the supply of parts and services for various types of equipment. The intent of this specification is to provide a source of supply of replacement parts and components, utilizing, exclusively, Original Equipment Manufactured (OEM)parts for various specialized equipment in use by the County of Dutchess. Bids will only be accepted from FACTORY AUTHORIZED VENDORS.
