Columbia County is seeking to purchase ONE (1) Inseyets Online Pro & Online Limited Subscription, OR EQUAL, to cover the services for TWO (2) years. The purchased product must be a mobile forensic extraction, decoding and analysis tool that extracts logical, file system, and physical data from mobile devices (i.e., smartphones, cell phones, tablets, GPS unites, SIM Cards, memory cards and USB Devices), including live and deleted data, contacts phone numbers, call logs, text messages, SMS messages, app data (social networks and other), location data, pictures, videos, and voice messages. The purchased product would need to ensure forensically sound file systems and physical extractions.
The awarded company should support physical extraction while bypassing passwords, passcodes, and pattern locks from a multitude of difference device types, including Android (from HTC, Huaweu, LG, Motorola, & Samsung, etc.); Apple iOS; and Windows Phones (Nokia, Lumia).
Any interested party that believes they can provide the equipment and/or software noted above as supplied by Cellebrite USA Corp., or an equivalent proven for use by Law Enforcement Agencies, should submit a statement of capabilities in sufficient detail.
