Sealed Bids will be received at the Office of the City Clerk of the City of Peekskill, New York, until 11:00 A.M. on Friday, May 23, 2025, at City Hall, 840 Main Street, Peekskill, New York 10566, and
immediately thereafter the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud in said office. No bids will be accepted after said time and date.
The work for Bid No. 2025-001 consists of the renovation of a city park: Monument Park at 311 Highland Avenue, between Highland Avenue, North Division Street, and Orchard Street. The work includes construction of concrete pathways, installation of site amenities, utilities, lighting, new plantings, and arborist work. This Project is funded by New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation (OPRHP) contract #230551. The Contractor must comply with State provisions under the OPRHP contract. The project consists of a ‘Base Bid’ and one (1) ‘Alternate’ as described in detail in Section K, the Technical Specifications, and on the Contract Plans.
A USB flash drive of Plans, Specifications and Contract Documents may be obtained as of Friday, April 25, 2025 from 9 A.M. until 4 P.M. at the Department of City Services, Bureau of Public Works, City Hall, 840 Main Street, Peekskill, NY, upon payment of $10.00 for USB flash drive. This is a non-refundable fee. No paper copies will be distributed.
