RFP-269 - Yonkers Marketing Implementation Plan

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Yonkers (the “City”) through the Yonkers Industrial Development Agency (“IDA”) is seeking one or more qualified professional marketing firms to develop and implement a marketing campaign (“the Campaign”). The Campaign should focus on reaching corporate executives, business owners, and real estate developers. The goal of the Campaign is to inform decision makers from these industries of the many residential, commercial, and manufacturing investment opportunities in Yonkers. The long term goal is to make Yonkers competitive with similarly situated locals like Brooklyn, New York, Queens, New York and Hoboken, New Jersey.
