DESCRIPTION: This is an American Recovery & Reinvestment Funded Project (ARRA) issued by SourceOne Inc. SourceOne Inc, as construction manager working under its contract with New York Power Authority (NYPA), invites you to submit your Bid Proposal to provide either: 1.) Abatement Services or 2.) BACKGROUND: Work awarded from this request for quotation is subject to requirements of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA), in addition to SourceOne and NYPA requirements specified in the Bid documents. ELIGIBILITY: Bidders must meet the requirements in the Bid Documents for Request for Quotation Including but not limited to the following: 1) Bidders must completely agree to comply with all the requirements of ARRA specific Appendix J and form J-4, Appendix K and form K-1, and Appendix L, by signing all the aforementioned Appendices, where applicable. 2) Bidders that appear on the New York State Department of Labor Debarred list either presently or subsequent to this solicitation shall be ineligible to work on NYPA work. 3) Bidders that appear on the Federal Government’s Excluded Parties List System (EPLS), either presently or subsequent to this solicitation shall be Ineligible to work on this NYPA Project. 4) Bidders must obtain and include a Dun and Bradstreet Universal Numbering System (“DUNS”) Numbering with its’ Bid Proposal. 5) Respondent must be licensed to perform service within local government and meet local requirements. 6) Respondent must demonstrate its ability to provide payment and performance bonds for the project through issuance of letters from its surely providing current bonding capacity, bonds outstanding and statement from surety on capability to provide a bond for this project.
