RFQ-62518COR - Roof Work at Thomas Cornell Academy

The City of Yonkers / Yonkers Public Schools department of School Facilities is requesting pricing and availability for the roof work to be done at the Thomas Cornell Academy located at 15 St. Marys St, Yonkers, NY 10701.

• A Pre-Bid Walkthrough will be held on Thursday, 6/28/18 at 2PM, attendance is encouraged.
• The work is to be performed Monday-Friday from 7:00AM to 4:00PM.
• Work is to be completed before 8/24/18.  
   

1. Repair roof at visibly damaged locations with Firestone flashing or approved equal, as needed. Prepare a sketch showing locations were repairs need to be made on the roof.
2. Apply Firestone EPDM lap sealant or approved equal at repaired locations. Also, apply at all seam locations. (Approximately 700 LF). 
3. Ensure all pipe penetrations are watertight.
4. Repair loose and deteriorated caulking above the termination bar. 
5. Remove all debris from the site.
6. All work to comply with industrial standards.
