RFP-215 - Rezoning Downtown Yonkers

Summary of Specifications:
The Corporation of the City of Yonkers is soliciting sealed technical and cost proposals to establish a contract through competitive negotiation with a qualified planning and urban design consultant to assist the City in the visioning, analysis, urban design and zoning of the Yonkers Downtown business district. Interested architectural and planning firms with at least ten years experience in urban design and urban planning analysis, visioning, zoning analysis, urban grow modeling and impact assessment, economic analysis, citizen participation and consensus building are welcomed to apply. Architectural and Planning firms may apply as sole source or as a joint venture or consortium with one or more other experienced firms.
