Summary of Specifications:
DETAILS: The scope of the mechanical and electrical work for the replacement of the HVAC and Electrical System contracts for Fire Engine Company 3 shall include the following:
HVAC MECHANICAL Work: „X Install acoustical ceiling suspension system „X Provide all materials labor equipment required for the complete execution of all Mechanical Work relating to: supports and anchors, motors and controls, mechanical identification, vibration isolation, piping insulation, ductwork insulation, hydronic piping and specialties refrigerant piping and specialties, split system AC units, fan coil units, metal ductwork and accessories, air outlet and inlets control systems
Electrical Work: „X Provide all materials, labor and equipment for the complete execution or all Electrical Work relating to: branch circuitry, feeders, junction boxes, conduit, wiring devices, motor disconnects and starters, ground systems, perform all required testing, provides all pipes and fire stopping systems, and furnish access doors.
The City will award (2) separate prime contracts for this public work project: HVAC Mechanical and Electrical.
