Summary of Specifications:
DETAILS: The scope of the mechanical and electrical work for the replacement of heating & electrical system contracts for Fire House #14 shall include the following items: •Mechanical Work: •Replacement of the existing 644 MBH oil fired sectional cast iron boiler and associated pumps and equipment. •Replacement of all existing fan coil units, including ceiling work, access doors, cutting and patching and all connections of existing piping. •Installation of all new control wiring to support all of the new equipment. •Electrical Work: •Demonstration of existing circuitry for equipment to be removed and abandoned. •Provide new panel board circuitry for new mechanical equipment. •Disconnection and reconnection of power circuitry for fan coil unit equipment.
