Summary of Specifications:
Bid No. 5467 - Renovation to the City of Yonkers Pump House and Paint Shop. Approximately 4700 sf of slate roof replacement (slate shingles and fiberglass), installation of new masonry, stucco brick cut and pointing 2600 sf, repair and paint windows, doors, and window guards. Pipe scaffold for access. 

A site inspection will be held on Friday, June 5, 2009 at 10 AM – City of Yonkers Pump House and Paint Shop 319 Tuckahoe Road, Yonkers, NY 10710 - contact Debra Censi if planning to attend (914-377-6930, 914-377-6033 fax, debra.censi@yonkersny.gov).
