Summary of Specifications:
The Greene Wing of the Hudson River Museum, an existing one-storey building, will be renovated with new interior and exterior improvements throughout its 5,600 square foot area, including demolition of existing drywall partitions and storefronts, construction of toilet rooms, drywall partitions and doors, interior finishes, suspended ceilings and lighting, sprinkler and HVAC distribution, fire alarm devices, glass storefronts, and exterior concrete sidewalks.
