RFP-233 - Real Estate Brokerage & Portfolio Services

Summary of Specifications:
The Corporation of the City of Yonkers (the “City”) is soliciting sealed proposals to establish a contract through competitive negotiation with a full-service real estate company to provide professional brokerage services to manage City-owned real estate assets and to generate revenue through the disposition of surplus property. 

Services may include, but are not limited to 1) providing advice regarding property valuation, 2) portfolio organization and analysis, and 3) strategic planning for property disposal. Proposers shall have experience with the laws, rules, and regulations of the State of New York applicable to public agency real estate matters and possess the required New York State licenses and certifications.
