2026- 5212 OEM shelter equipment - Purchase of Shelter equipment for OEM

The City of Yonkers is soliciting quotes for shelter equipment supplies for Police OEM. Unit prices must be fixed and firm the time of the award and must include shipping and delivery. Items are subject to review by the City of Yonkers. Please provide lead-time. In addition to price, The City reserves the right to make this award based on availability / best lead-time if deemed in the Best Interest of the City. Vendor shall state the manufacturer, make, and model number they are offering on the Quote form. Vendors who propose to furnish any “equal” products in response to this RFQ must include with their Quote all pertinent technical information and technical specifications necessary for demonstrating the products’ ability to meet the same form and function as those specified. If quoting an “OR EQUAL”, detailed specification sheets must accompany your quote submission. Final approval of all “OR EQUAL” items will be determined by the Yonkers Police Department. Vendors must submit RIDER CONTRACT PROVISIONS FOR NON-FEDERAL ENTITY CONTRACTS UNDER FEDERAL AWARDS) UNDER 2 C.F.R. § 200.326 with quote.
