RFQ-Lab Packing - Provide Lab Pack & Hazardous Chemical Waste Removal Services for the YPS

Provide Lab Pack and hazardous waste removal services for various chemicals stored in the Yonkers Public Schools per the attached list. All bidders must possess the applicable Federal, New York State Department of Environmental Conservation, and Westchester County Health Department certifications and licensing requirements, and provide evidence of same when submitting their quote.  All Lab Packing services shall conform to applicable industry codes. The unit prices quoted shall be fully loaded, i.e., inclusive of providing all required services, containers, equipment, labor, transportation, and lawful disposal. Bidders shall include with their quotes a detailed description of their proposed procedures for performing the required work. The description shall include the estimated number of days, hours per day, number of workers per day, packaging method, disposal method and location. All chemicals must be removed before the start of school in September.

NY STATE PREVAILING RATE CASE NUMBER: 2017900638 THE RESULTANT CONTRACT SHALL BE REGISTERED WITH THE DEPT. OF LABOR. CERTIFIED PAYROLLS MUST BE SUBMITTED WITH PAYMENT REQUISITIONS.
