Summary of Specifications:
Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and services for site improvement and building construction per New York State Wicks Law – separate contracts shall be awarded for General Construction; Plumbing and Gas Fitting; Steam Heating, Hot Water Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning; and Electric Wiring and Illuminating Fixtures.
A site inspection will be held on January 12, 2007 at 10 AM at Lincoln Memorial Park, 380 South Broadway (at McLean Avenue), Yonkers (Westchester County), NY 10701. Contact Tom Collich at 914-377-6035 if planning to attend.
