Quotation is to be submitted on the attached request for quotation form only via BidNet or email to nicole.galdi@yonkersny.gov only. All prices are to be firm and include inside delivery to the address listed on the form. Unit costs must also include delivery to swim area, unpacking and removal/disposal of packing materials. Any additional charges not listed on this form must be included in the unit price of each item (i.e. carboy deposit/credit). Department will order items through June 30, 2021. Vendor must be able to supply all items requested as this will be an all or none class award. All quantities listed on this quotation are estimates and may not be purchased in full throughout the year. No minimum order will apply.
