RFQ 2017-2018 - POOL_CHEMICALS - Pool Chemicals for Yonkers Montessori Pool as needed through June 30, 2018

Quotation is to be submitted on the attached request for quotation form only and emailed to nicole.galdi@yonkersny.gov.  All prices are to be firm and include inside delivery to the address listed on the form.  Any additional charges not listed on the form must be included in the unit price of each item (i.e. carboy deposit/credit).  Department will order items as needed through June 30, 2018.  Vendor must be able to supply all items requested as this will be an all or none class award.  All quantities listed on this quotation may not be purchased throughout the year.  No minimum order will apply.
