Summary of Specifications:
Contract limits are the plaza in front of the Metro92 Lofts, 92 Main Street (intersection of Buena Vista Avenue & Main Street) and the plaza in the center of Getty Square (intersection of South Broadway & Main Street) Yonkers, Westchester County, NY 10701. Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and services for the replacement of approximately 6,500 sq. ft. of existing concrete pavers with stamped concrete; remove approximately 1,400 sq. ft. of asphalt and concrete pavers and replace with asphalt; remove/relocate and supply granite curbing; various street improvements include the installation of approximately 45 planters, 4 park benches, and 4 precast game tables with stools; work also includes construction of 6 stone and concrete planters and related landscaping.
