Natural Gas Conversion: Single prime vendor contract for plumbing/mechanical and electrical services. Project includes demolition of fuel oil tank and piping and piping and electric domestic hot water heater; furnish and install: underground steel and pvc gas piping: indoor steel piping system; new gas burner; new gas water heater; new duct, damper, and flues; generator pad; etc. Plumber and Electrician must be licensed by Westchester County. Note: This is a Wicks Law Project. Bidders must complete the Sealed Subcontractor List forms included with this bid package and submit all three forms in a single sealed envelope with their bid.
