Summary of Specifications:
These Bid Documents describe the requirements to furnish and deliver, as required on an as needed basis, Janitorial Supplies to the City of Yonkers to various locations throughout the City of Yonkers. This contract may be renewed, with the vendor’s concurrence, for additional 12-months, at the same unit prices, terms and conditions, and delivery requirements as the original contract. Janitorial Supplies must conform to Federal, State, and local laws. For all items containing chemical ingredients, bidder shall attach to bid document Material Safety Data Sheets for that product; and when delivery is made a Material Safety Data Sheet shall be attached to the packing slip.
