THE CITY OF YONKERS, BUREAU OF PURCHASING, 40 South Broadway, Room 102, Yonkers, NY 10701, will accept sealed bids for the following project until 2:00 P.M. on Wednesday, July 16, 2008 at which time and place bids will be publicly opened and read. The bid documents are available free of charge and can be obtained at the above address, Monday through Friday, except holidays, from 9 AM till 4 PM.
RFB-en-5385 Furnish & Deliver Grease Absorbent City-Wide
The City of Yonkers is seeking bids from qualified vendors to furnish and deliver Grease Absorbent to the Department of Public Works, Fire Department, Parks Departments and other departments on an as needed basis. Estimated quantity over a 24-month period is 4,000 40-lb. bags. (50-40 lb. bags per pallet – minimum order will be 1 pallet per delivery locations)
This contract will be a 12-month period with an option to renew for additional 12-months upon mutual concurrence, as per the original contract unit prices, terms and conditions. All questions regarding this bid are to be submitted to Eva Nowak, Buyer at 914-377-6038.
