Summary of Specifications:
The City of Yonkers is seeking bidders to perform for following: general inspection, maintenance, decontamination, clean, repairs if necessary, and lead removal from the Yonkers Police Department and Parks Department firing ranges, which may include duct work at the Yonkers Police Department Training Facility on an as needed basis. Bidder is to respond for service within 48 hours of notification. All work is to be performed in compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations. Bidders are to possess the necessary permits, and licenses required by Federal, State, and Local laws in the performance of this work. Contract period shall be for 36-months and may be extended by mutual consent for an additional 12-months, at the same unit prices, terms and conditions, and delivery requirements as the original contract.
