The City of Yonkers / Yonkers Fire Department seeks to renovate its existing fire prevention trailer; below, you will find the list of items which has been identified by the department which represents the scope of work.
A site inspection of the trailer will be held Friday, June 8, 2018 at 10AM; please confirm attendance by emailing me directly.Location is Yonkers Fire Department Station 11 - 433 Bronxville Rd. Yonkers, NY 10708
The department has set an estimated completion time by 08/31/18.
Quotes are due in on Friday, June 15, 2018 at 2PM to daniel.candeias@yonkersny.gov.
Upon award of a purchase order, certificates of insurance, worker’s compensation and disability benefits shall be requested. The vendor will also have to hold a Garage Keepers Policy which includes On-Hook Towing due to the nature of the scope of work.
Submission of a quote will be constructed as evidence that the contractor has thoroughly examined all the work to be done and familiarized themselves as to the nature and scope of work and difficulties that will be a part of its execution for the work and that later claims for labor, equipment or materials required for difficulties encountered which could have been averted had such an examination been made will not be recognized.
