Summary of Specifications:
The City of Yonkers (“City”) is seeking proposals from qualified business entities to provide, upgrade and/or replace the following three project components, in priority order:

(1) Fuel Management System; (2) Vehicle Tracking Solution (Automatic Vehicle Location “AVL”); and (3) Vehicle Maintenance Record System (the “Project Components”).

The selected vendor(s) shall provide all hardware, software, installation, integration, training, and support for the proposed Project Component(s). The selected vendor(s) shall also remove and lawfully dispose of the existing equipment for any parallel Project Components to be replaced as part of this project, including hardware, wiring, terminals, and associated parts.
