RFB-en-5611 FIRE EXTINGUISHER INSPECTION, HYDROTESTING, RECAHRGE & RE PAIR SERVICE The bid documents describe the requirements to provide, as required, Fire Extinguisher Service City-Wide on an as needed basis over a 24-month period. This contract may be extended for an additional 12-months at the same prices, terms, conditions and delivery requirements as the original contract. The City estimates approximately 400 extinguishers in use. There is combination of house extinguishers and Extinguishers used in the line of duty for the Yonkers Fire and Police Departments. Service shall have a turnaround time of 48 hours from time service is requested. All questions regarding this bid are to be submitted to Eva Nowak, Buyer at 914-377-6038 prior to bid opening.
