Summary of Specifications:
The project involves the renovation of 3 existing restrooms within the facility. Two of the restrooms are located on the main level with access off the repair garage area. The additional restroom is located on the second level which includes the partial locker room area. Work on the main level restrooms includes selective demolition of materials and fixtures to allow for new work. The new work will include new plumbing fixtures, fittings and adjustment of water and waste to accommodate the new work. Secondly new electrical devices will be provided as indicated to include fixtures, outlets and switches. Ventilation will include re-use of existing systems that are operational and replacement of systems that do not currently function. Finishes in these areas will include new floor covering, wall finishes, stall partitions, doors and hardware along with painting of all other exposed surfaces. The work on the upper level will include selective demolition of materials and fixtures to allow for the installation of new work. The new work will include new plumbing fixtures, shower controls and heads, fittings and adjustment of water and waste to accommodate the new work. Secondly new electrical devices will be provided as indicated to include fixtures, outlets and switches. Ventilation will include re-use of existing systems that are operational and replacement of systems that do not currently function. Finishes in these areas will include new floor covering, wall finishes, stall partitions, tile, doors and hardware along with painting of all other exposed surfaces.
