RFP-226 - Consulting Servicews Related to NYS SEQRA & NEPA Process

Summary of Specifications:
The City is soliciting sealed proposals to establish a contract through competitive negotiation with a qualified planning consultant to assist the Yonkers City Council with the State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA) and National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) process for the property known as Cottage Place Gardens. Cottage Place Gardens is one of Yonkers oldest Municipal Housing Authority sites and is proposed to undergo revitalization through the HOPE VI process. The Proposer is working with the Council to assist it in the review and processing of the Cottage Place Gardens EIS process. The Proposer is not preparing the draft and final EIS. The Proposer will prepare and advise the council on the final findings statement.
