Summary of Specifications:
Bid No.: 5456 Construction & Demolition of Debris Hauling Contract This bid document specification is to secure a source to provide for the pick-up, removal and disposal of construction and demolition debris from the Department of Public Works Recycling Center. The City estimates usage of approximately 120 tons per year. Contractor is to provide 20 yard roll-off container(s) and provide a certified scale weight ticket of waste. Container(s) are the property of the bidder. This contract will be for a 24-month period and may be extended by mutual consent for an additional two (2) - 12-month periods, at the same unit prices, discounts, terms and conditions, and delivery requirements as the original contract. All operators shall possess a current New York State commercial operator’s license. The contractor shall keep current all licenses, permits and insurance required by Federal, State and Local laws and ordinances. Contractor shall have a Westchester County Class A or Class C-2 License, a copy to be provided with bid. Prevailing Wage applies.
