Summary of Specifications:
The City of Yonkers (COY) seeks an experienced and qualified contractor to perform cleaning and maintenance of two (2) Oil Water Separator (OWS) Systems and contributory storm water catch basins located at the Department of Public Works (DPW) Service Center, 1130 Nepperhan Ave. The two (2) Oil- Water Separator systems are independent and designated as North OWS System and South OWS System, each with flow capacity large enough to process the facility’s influx of water and oil during and after 100-year storm event.
