Summary of Specifications:
The City of Yonkers is soliciting sealed technical and cost proposals for a qualified consultant or firm to provide professional services for the design, specifications, labor, materials, equipment, services and maintenance guidelines for an art light installation in the City’s downtown area, that will be structured in three phases: Phase I – Conceptual Plan and Design Documents; Phase II – Installation; Phase III – Maintenance and Security Plan, more fully described in Section III of this RFP.
